check the product condition, temperature, shelf life , etc?.as per Kuwait standard; that will include containers? seal inspection, condition, temperature?etc. consequently, random samples are taken for sampling and completion.
Hold/Release Items on WMS system.
communicate with insurance company in case of any issues related to container/product
raise a non-conformity report to purchase/category in order to inform them of the quality issue
follow-up with purchase/Category for the raised claim in order to close it finally
communicate with sales team for any issues related to product
ensure that defected product are quarantined with QC Sticker
randomly and periodically check chambers.
Inspect the chambers and the products (expired items, temperature, storing condition, cleaning, safety, etc.
check the loading process as per loading outbound sheet.
receive and check the return products with classification.
check the damage, QC Hold stock
receive and investigate the customer complaints and follow up with purchases department.
follow up with the hygiene practices
ensure that all the forms are up to date (incoming, vehicles inspection, pest control, hygiene, etc?.)
regularly monitor and follow up the pest control process.
To daily check and inspect vehicle (cleaning, temperature, etc. ??).
