Responsibilities?Manage Design Projects.?Review all design and technical submittals submitted by the consultants.?Provide creative input during the design phase.?Develop area programs for the assigned project.?Prepare RFP?s and project briefs to send out to consultants.?Review and evaluate proposals submitted by the design consultants and any other consultant required for a certain project.?Design coordination with all project stake holders.?Assist in providing sketches to explain the design intent of the project to consultants when required.?Assist, when required, to inspect the onsite interior fit out works, ensuring that the project continues to meet the design intended.?Prepare monthly project reports.?Prepare project schedules.
