Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping- Accounts Payable & Receivable- Budgeting & Forecasting- Audit & Compliance- Inventory & Project Costing- Payroll & Staff Payments- System & Process Improvement- Contribute to improving ERP usage and accounting software (e.g.,Tally, SAP, Axanta or Zoho).- Participate in developing SOPs for financial processes and internal controls.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or project-based industries.- Experience in handling audits, banking, and project accounting.- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.- A valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
