Job Title: Security SupervisorLocation: KuwaitExperience: Minimum 12 yearsWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in security management, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing clear direction, guidance, and training.- Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and strategies to ensure the safety of students, staff, and university property.- Monitor and assess security risks, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate potential threats.- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents and crises.- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and drills to maintain preparedness and compliance.- Utilize security technology and systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control, to monitor and control campus security.- Respond to and investigate security incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.- Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate the university community on safety protocols and practices.- Maintain accurate records related to security incidents, personnel schedules, and equipment maintenance.- Foster a positive and approachable security presence on campus, engaging with students, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in security management.- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with excellent team management skills.- Proficiency in utilizing security technology and systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security in Kuwait.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and respond to situations as needed.
