Job Description

Overview**This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**

  • This position coordinates with Vectrus Headquarters Security to assist with the following: Security Training and enforce security policies within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) for Vectrus Programs when required. Responsible for a wide range of duties, including ensuring security programs are up-to-date and distributed to Vectrus programs within the operating locations and assist with any security clearance related issues as needed. Responsible for tracking, coordinating, overseeing, and processing the issuance of NIPRNet Enterprise Alternate Token System (NEATS). NEATS tokens for privileged users, which includes System Administrators, groups, roles, code signing, and individuals not eligible to receive CACs. NEATS tokens are used to grant access to DoD networks and websites. Provide Foreign Travel briefs for employees traveling outside of Kuwait, OCONUS for business or leisure. Provide guidance of handling of classified and PII materials. Function as Vectrus Security Manager for LCV-Kuwait Task Order. Must be capable of accessing Vectrus Security Information Management Systems (SIMS). The Security Administrator may also assist with other personnel security measures as required or as directed by the ESD Operations Manager.
ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
  • Conducts security indoctrination and education programs for new hire employees as needed.
  • Performs recurring training at request of Operations Manager or ESD Director.
  • NEATS Processing. Security Administration is notified of employee(s) who require NEATS Tokens.
  • Security Administration provides SF85P form for employee(s) to complete.
  • Ensure accuracy prior to package submittal.
  • Oversee process until all actions are completed and access is granted.
  • Conduct fingerprinting of individuals being processed for NEATS, NAC?s, NAC-I?s or Secret clearances
  • Maintains communication with Vectrus Headquarters Security to ensure smooth information flow between employees and the Security Department.
  • Will utilize SIMS to track the status and verify security clearances.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • Associates degree; preferred.
    • US Citizen
    • Must have a valid US Passport
    • Must have a current and valid US Driver?s License
    • Must have Secret Security Clearance
    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Kuwait driver?s license.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:
    • To be qualified for this position you must comply with USCENTCOM MOD 16 that requires proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC or host country requirements. As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered. This definition may change in accordance with CDC guidelines. Compliance with this government requirement is an essential function of the position and is a condition of employment.
  • Experience:
    • Three (3) plus years experience, performs complex tasks
    • Prior Security Manager experience a plus.
    • Must have computer experience and have thorough knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent computer skills required as well as interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
    • Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Working Conditions:
    • Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
    • Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
    • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
    • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
    • Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
