As the Seal Shop Incharge, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the seal shop, ensuring production targets are met.
  2. Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed.
  3. Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet industry standards.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to streamline production processes and resolve issues.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as necessary to maintain production flow.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
