Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Salesman to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers great opportunities for career development and advancement.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  3. Promote and demonstrate our products to customers.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  5. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  9. Report sales activities and results to the Sales Manager.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  10. Valid drivers license.
