Kuwait Rental & Leasing OfficeResponsibilities?Greet customers, understand their requirements, show matching selection and schedule test drive appointments if required.?Answer all enquiries related to the product and promote the vehicle appropriately as an advisor to the customer.?Ensure accurate price and vehicles specs are given to customers. Explain and promote running programs or schemes.?Provide details of various methods of payment or financing and insurance available to the customer along with required documentation.?Carry out pre-delivery quality check before handing over the vehicle to the customer.?Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.?Handle customer enquiries in a prompt and effective manner and as per company policies & practices, and escalate issues to superior when necessary.
