Overall- Implement functional and technical requirements and participate in dashboard configuration, testing and deployment.- Configure and Implement the sales cycle as required by the client (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, project planning, automation of contract sharing, automation of follow up emails.. etc).- Perform configuration and customization of the platform.- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation process.- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.- Implement and configure ticketing for complaints, meetings, events, incidents, requests, changes.. etc.- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and ?how-to? assistance.- Implement and configure customized field of accounts, leads, contacts and deal closure flow.
