?Prepare monthly and yearly sales targets in line with the budget by model and by branch for Mitsubishi and Acura.?Review and analyze monthly and yearly gross margin performance by model and branch.?Prepare monthly forecast by model and branch on weekly basis.?Monitor and aid in the preparation of incentive calculation whilst ensuring 100% adherence.?Ensure stock availability of all models in line with the demand by ordering the right quantity whilst making sure aged stock is cleared prior to ordering new stock.?Monitor and assist in reducing the TAT (turnaround time) from order to delivery whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.?Monitor and audit discounts updates to make sure all authorizations are being used as per the process and SOPs.?Relationship management between the operations team and branch management team.?Allocation of special edition campaign models and units between branches and other sales units.?Prepare data analysis reports to assist retail division with strategic planning.?Overseeing the daily operations of the Mitsubishi and Acura while include data gathering, daily and monthly reports, organizing campaigns and customer events and acting as one point of contact for all other departments.
