Sales Officer / Sr. Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Kuwait:?Plan, locate and establish contacts in Project Markets?Convert ongoing projects to Gemini?s sales through, follow-up projects even after passing on to branches so as to ensure completion?Build and develop project sales within Kuwait Market (and GCC Market when applicable)?Meet Consultants, Contractors, Architects on regular basis to specify company products and services?Strict follow-up on receivables and ensure timely collections from the customers?Obtain relevant documentation, propose, review and prepare submittals to client and consultants.?Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales with good margins?Provide after-sales support to customer and build a long-term relation?Follow up on material delivery, timely issuance of invoice?Demonstration and/or presentation of existing and new products?Identify and develop market opportunities for new products?Represent organization at trade exhibitions and events?Liaise with logistics, purchase and warehouse team for smooth supply operation?Liaise with suppliers and clients in getting best services to the customers.?Any other assignment decided by the managementSkills :?3+ years of experience in Sales of Building Material?Kuwait driving Licenses Mandatory?Proficiency in MS Office products(Excel , Power point, Word, Ms Project) and any CRM Software?Should be a Graduate?Demonstrated experience in sales planning and sales management?Develop & Implement a strategic sales plan that expands company?s customer base?Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic will be an advantage?Negotiation skills
