Job Description

Position main objective :Administrate sales activities in terms of customer visits , sales analysis and products delivery to ensure customer satisfaction which include but not limited to following duties:

  • Prepare sales quotation through coordination with sales team and sales manager
  • Schedule sales team visiting reports and do proper analysis of sales team target visits
  • Update Social Media channels with marketing materials as required
  • Follow up with administration , warehouse and other related departments to ensure proper delivery for customer
  • communicate with customers to maintain proper customer satisfaction and data analysis
  • Duly check invoices , collections , correspondents with clients/suppliers and sales team
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • ?Develop , prepare monthly sales reports
  • ?Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Act as a link between the client - service center - management.
  • Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products
