?Accomplish Sales targets by researching and developing sales opportunities, implementing sales plans and managing staff?Oversee EUPS sales plan at the corporate level and any product/service specific to related activities in conjunction with respective departmental management?Focus on increasing the market share of operations for both KOC & JO?Abide by company by-laws including policies and procedures and proposes changes to the above when necessary?Gather and provide sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurements of market potentials, market-share analysis, and market segments?Identify customer markets, monitoring industry trends, conducting competitor analyses and crafting business plans in cooperation with business development?Attend key client meetings and ensure services and queries are addressed as per service requirements?Communicate any developments with clients to the core functions within EUPS?Prepare reports (including a monthly management report) and analyses for use in marketing efforts?Position the company against competition and evaluates competition advantages?Evaluate the performance of personnel within the department?Meet with subordinates to discuss progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met. Act as a mentor for the staff?Adjust hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the departmentQualificationsFormal Qualifications & Certification?Bachelor?s degree in related field?15 years working experience of which 5 year in similar position?Previous working experience in Oil & GasSpecific Skills / Training & Competencies?Leadership skills?Communication skills, able to conduct meetings with large amount of attenders?Computer skills (Microsoft Office)?Able to work under pressure?Good written and reading ability and oral understanding of English?Negotiation Skills?Presentation Skills?Knowledge of oil and gas industry?Strong knowledge base and technical skills in marketing activities
