Job PurposeResponsible for leading the COOPs Sales Department in generating sales for all product categories to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. and operations, while adhering to Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons policies and procedures.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategyFormulation

• Assist in the development of strategic objectives and KPIs for the Sales Department in line with Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons strategy and ensure that the Department?s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
• Assist in the review of the operating results of the Sales Department and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.

Budget & Cost Control???Assist in the development of the COOPs Sales Department?s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities..COOPs Sales Management Activities

• Implement the COOPs Sales Department activities and ensure that sales plans are being adhered to by the COOPs sales team in order to achieve the department?s objectives and the stated sales targets.
• Assist in monitoring the COOPS Sales Department?s operating results (i.e. sales numbers in terms of value and volume, new customers, etc.) and compare them to the department?s goals and objectives, in order to ensure sales plans are properly implemented.
• Minimizes FMCG sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, implementing the depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
• Assist in managing the development of COOPs sales forecast, sales targets and monthly/ annual sales plans taking into consideration market trends, economic conditions and competitive environment.
• Review reports received from the COOPs Sales Supervisor pertaining to any arising issues pertaining to sales, customer requirements, delivery of stock, inventory, etc. and take corrective actions, as required.
• Review and approve the sales quotations developed by the COOP Sales Supervisor, in order to be communicated to the customers.
• Review and approve the COOPs visibility agreements developed by the COOPs Sales Supervisor in order to ensure strategic allocation of the company?s products in all customers? stores.
• Approve Merchandisers visits schedule to ensure timely delivery of all the required items to the assigned stores/ warehouses.
• Approve all COOPs sales driven promotions, events, campaigns submitted by the Sales Supervisor according to the Sales Department?s predefined budget.
• Liaise with the Finance Department on financial matters related to price lists, sales activities and collection of due payments by customers.
• Manage the business relations with key COOPs customers and oversee the process of providing sales services in order to attain the company?s customers and increase retention levels.
• Oversee the processing of COOPs customers? orders and supervise the sales services in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job RequirementsEducational Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master?s in Business Administration would be an advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 7?10 years of experience in the same or related field.
• Sales experience in multi-unit and multi-geographic locations would be an advantage.
• Proven track record of success in sales, pricing, distribution and financial management
