Job Description

Sales Manager (Chemical Construction Material)Summary/ObjectiveThis position is responsible for the sale and marketing of the organizations products and managing the sales and marketing staff and company showroom.Essential Functions

  1. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
  2. Assist in hiring sales staff.
  3. Manages, trains, coordinates and supervises sales staff.
  4. Assists sales staff with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans.
  5. Attends trade shows.
  6. Coordinates/ assists/ leads sales meetings.
  7. Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
  8. Initiates, filters, and reports potential new suppliers.
  9. Develops sales and marketing reports, forecasts and plans.
  10. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of sales development.
  11. Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided.
  12. Answers questions from customers and handles complaints.
  13. Ensure approval of products and materials at required ministries, government agencies and consulting offices.
  14. Report on weekly basis to direct manager on sales progress and advise / alert if any problems may arise.
  15. Attend on regular basis meetings held with company management according to schedule distributed.
  16. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
