Job Description

Job Summary:Sales Manager is responsible for a variety of duties including managing overall store operations, recruiting and scheduling employees, training and evaluating employees, following up on work results, Managing, analyze store budgets, maintain inventory to keep stores well-stocked, and ensuring smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize all store operations, including Carpentry, Contracting & Fixing teams, Warehouse, and Designers, and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Prepare and control the store?s budget, aiming for minimal expenditure and maximum efficiency.
  • Handle supply sourcing, pricing, and item selection.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases, ensuring they remain within budget.
  • Address customer complaints to maintain the store?s reputation.
  • Inspect store areas and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make accurate forecasts.
  • Determine the company?s product needs, ensure continuous availability in company warehouses, and coordinate with accounting and procurement to cover all liabilities.
