Sales Manager- Healthcare

Healthcare Solutions Business Head with P&L accountability for the Sales verticals with vision for exponential growth
Lead the sales team in developing and implementing new product lines? growth strategies
Demonstrate strategic thinking to make the business a win-win for the Store, the Principal and for ourselves
Investigate market needs for innovative products including extensive market research and competitive analysis to include response strategies
Support new product introduction programs
Manage products through the life cycle, forecast and monitor sales and margin results recommending appropriate strategies and actions
Drive product innovations, modifications and extensions
Support sales regarding technical aspects of products and applications, developing and presenting training modules for field sales, distributors, customers, and employees
Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
