Job Description

he ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of sales and marketing of FMCG products and prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in both retail and wholesale channels.Responsibilities:

  • Developing productive long-term relationships with customers (retail and wholesale)
  • Creating long term strategies with the clients
  • Act as a main contact for existing and new customers
  • Reaching sales targets
  • Managing a team of salesmen and merchandisers
  • Implementing a global company sales strategy
  • Preparing quarterly and monthly volume forecasts and plans
  • Closely cooperating with other departments or subsidiaries
  • Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with the upper management and brand principles, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
  • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with the management and brand principles; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
  • Initiate & develop annual marketing plan/s as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with your direct management and regional marketing team ; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend.
  • Play a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective upper management and/or distributor?s management; with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
