Sales ExecutiveJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities:•Manage customer inquiries and coordinate bookings for non-emergency patient transportation services.•Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the customer base.•Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients to ensure satisfaction.•Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess industry trends.•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients about our transportation services.•Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business agreements.•Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.•Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.•Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish connections.•Provide regular sales reports and insights to management regarding performance and market conditions.Preferred Candidate:•Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or transportation industry.•Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.•Ambitious and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.•Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure contracts.•Familiarity with booking management systems and CRM software.•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.•Fluency in English and Arabic.
