? Promote the sale of MHD?s products (Traction, Stationary / Stand-Power Batteries and Chargers).? Conduct market surveys from time to time to keep abreast of new start-ups, market trends andcompetitors? activities.? Develop new customers in assigned territory/territories.? Maintain and foster good relations with the company?s existing customers if and when required todo so.? Promote the MHD?s products through telemarketing.? If and when required, assist in the MHD stores (Inventory checks, etc).? Perform administrative functions of the department including but not limited to invoicing, DeliveryOrders, quotes, work orders, receipts, and issues.? Perform battery inspections, sizing exercises, training of customer personnel in basic care andmaintenance of batteries.? Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and be actively involved in monthly collections.? To adhere to the company?s policies and procedures including but not limited to appropriate codesof conduct, QMS and EMS guidelines.? Any other duties assigned by the Manager ? MHD.
