Job DescriptionGenerate new and retrofit project opportunities.Build strong relationships with main contractors, clients/owners, and consultants.Follow up on projects from the tender stage until award.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.SkillsBachelor?s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.3?5 years of experience in engineering sales.Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market (mandatory).Established network with contractors, consultants, and clients.Good understanding of project terminology and execution processes.Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.Previous experience in HVAC / MEP companies is preferred.
