  • Proven experience as a service Advisor˙
  • Good knowledge in any automotive / Marine mechanical Field˙
  • Good communication skills in English, Arabic˙
  • Good customer management˙skills˙
  • Able to understand and deal with the customer in a polite and patient manner˙
  • Able to understand and help with customer queries regarding˙the services˙
  • knowledge in computer databases and systems, Excel.
  • 2 - 3 years experience˙in Automotive / Marine field˙
