Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide the team on day-to-day operations requirements.
  • Update respective customers with shipment status reports on a weekly basis or whenever required.
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders to resolve any operation issues.
  • Co-ordinate with the vendors to make sure customer?s requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operation team to assure day to day execution of jobs.
  • To make sure that system is always updated with all the available information and data.
  • To maintain reporting to line manager with ongoing jobs and recommend solutions to streamline the operations.
  • Register new clients in CW1 and update all information about their orders.
