Sales AssociateJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities:•Assist customers in selecting perfumes by providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences and needs.•Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that showcases the products effectively.•Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments.•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product range, including fragrance notes and brand stories.•Engage with customers through personalized service to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.•Conduct inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product displays.•Participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.•Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and inventory needs.•Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.•Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.Preferred Candidate:•Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or fragrance industry.•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.•Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.•Passion for perfumes and a keen interest in fragrance trends and brands.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.•Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.•Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays.•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.•Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.•Positive attitude and a professional appearance that reflects the brand image.
