Attach price tags to merchandise within the shop.
Guide clients toward the products they have requested professionally.
Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices, and availability of products.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Enter new customer details and process product purchases into the system while ensuring a high level of information security.
Coordinate with the Direct Manager to provide competitors? information to the concerned departments to utilize such information profitably.
Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
