Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing professional for HVAC Installation in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a specific focus on HVAC installations. This position requires a candidate who is self-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote HVAC installation services in Kuwait.
  2. Identify and target potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  4. Provide customers with detailed information about HVAC installation services, including pricing, timelines, and benefits.
  5. Create and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
  6. Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers.
  7. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional network.
  10. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  10. Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
