About the roleWe’re looking for a proactive Safety Officer to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment across our production operations.Key Responsibilities• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify hazards• Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents• Support risk assessments and recommend safety improvements• Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture• Collaborate with health professionals to manage workplace health risksQualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial safety or occupational health· Local Hire only – for Kuwaiti NationalsSkills• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001• Experience with HIRA, JSA, and incident investigation• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
