Position: Safety EngineerLocation: KuwaitCompany: Mark Technologies Company W.L.L Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the projectConduct site inspections and hazard assessments regularlyEnsure compliance with Kuwait safety regulations and international standardsProvide safety training and awareness programs to staff and subcontractorsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actionsMonitor safety performance metrics and promote a safety cultureSupport project teams in implementing safety measures during construction activitiesMaintain safety documentation and recordsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in safety management in construction or engineering projectsProven experience in Kuwait’s safety standards and regulationsStrong communication and training skillsRelevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)Ability to lead safety initiatives and foster a safety-first environment
