Employment: Full Time HOT Job Alert!We are urgently looking for professional Trainers whore already based in Kuwait and Qatar to join the worldwide Luxury Retail brand.You will guide a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Client Advisors according to their needs. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach Client Advisors to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products to the benefit of store business.You will be someone who will inspire your team daily, with your obsession for brand and the excellent experience delivered to Clients in their journey through brand.Responsibilities:Identify teams potential areas of improvements, developing and training needsTailor, implement and cultivate unique training and development programsAssure corporate policies and standards are committed and implementedSupport the team in achieving specific qualification and efficient business goalsForecast and optimize yearly training plans and the use of training budget REQUIREMENTS: Skills and Experience:Significant work experience on similar role in luxury retail / customer service industriesEfficient/Extensive knowledge of effective learning and development methodsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate othersFamiliarity with computer software and applicationsBachelors degree in Management or relevant fieldCertification in Training is an advantageStrong command of English, other languages is a big plusWe request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
