Job Description

We are inviting candidates for the position of Salesman for our Retail Tires Sales operations. This position will be reporting to the Branch In-charge and the BDM. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Understand customer concerns & advise them on the available brands, prices, product features
  • Assist the customer in making an appropriate choice
  • Check the system for availability of required tires according to size, brand, pattern etc. ù Prepare invoices and generate the Pick slip through the System
  • Inform the Store keeper to collect the pick slip with details of the required tires ù Cross check if the tire is of the correct size and then send it to the Fitting Area ù Handling customer queries and complaints
  • Arranging the shop floor/display area
