Job Description

We are currently seeking a Retail Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
  3. Train and motivate the sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  5. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Previous experience working as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills.
  3. Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  4. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
