Job Description

Responsible of planning and implementing the retail strategy of the group. He/she will also coordinates the activities of a sales team, controls product distribution, monitors budget achievement, lead and motivate personnel, and prepare sales forecasts.

  • To develop a retail strategy that supports the segment priorities and introduce an implementation plan to support the strategy that is measurable.
  • Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance.
  • Fully accountable for trading margin budget
  • Develop a clear merchandising strategy ? for the retail and food services environments.
