- Resolutions Representative (2200003F)Resolutions Representative - ( 2200003F )DescriptionROLE PURPOSE:* To resolve escalated customer queries or written requests under the supervision of the help desk team leader.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assist in resolving escalations of customer queries and complaints to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer enquiries / complaints.* Follow-up on progress of complaints settlement with departments involved and ensure regular information is shared with customers about status, prefaced steps & solutions and offer discounts if appropriate to regain customer trust and to ensure customer retention.* Follow the agreed guidelines, policies, processes & procedures to ensure staff maintains the customers? data confidentiality and protection at all times.* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the respective department by providing expertise, ensuring teamwork and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.* Handle trouble ticket according to the agreed upon workflow.* Follow up on resolving customer queries by liaising with other departments.* Handle customer complaints coming through Social Media channels and Customer Management email.* Provide Support to the Team Leader in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the Call Centers.* Handle a shift if necessary as directed by supervisor.* Troubleshoot tasks and provide solutions as per agreed upon authority matrix.* Contribute to the communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings.* Perform other duties as directed by Director, Manager or other superiors.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor?s Degree is required.* Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.Primary Location: Kuwait-stc Head OfficeJob: RepresentativeOrganization: 80 CEO OfficeSchedule: RegularShift: StandardJob Type: Full-time Day JobJob Posting: Aug 2, 2022, 10:44:27 AM
