Position: Research & Development ManagerLocation: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, KuwaitWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Research & Development Manager to lead our R&D function and drive end-to-end product development aligned with our NPD & EPD strategy.This role will oversee Formulation R&D, Packaging R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring successful development and launch of consumer-centric products across Home Care, Personal Care, and OTC categories for local and global markets.Key Responsibilities:• Lead NPD/EPD projects from concept to launch• Build short- and long-term innovation pipelines aligned with Marketing strategy• Ensure regulatory, quality, and GDP compliance• Implement robust R&D systems, processes, and lab safety practices• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Production)• Manage R&D resources, budgets, CAPEX, and timelines• Develop and coach high-performing R&D teamsQualifications & Experience:• M.S./Graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharma, Science, or related field• 10–12 years of FMCG R&D experience (Home/Personal Care preferred)• Proven product development and launch experience• Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills• Aerosol experience is a plusKey Skills:• Strong leadership and stakeholder management• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
