Recruitment SupervisorJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities :•Lead the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.•Partner with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.•Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.•Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.•Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical roles.•Provide recruitment insights and reports to management for decision-making.•Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure speed, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.•Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior role.•Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.•Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
