Responsibilities

  • Implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Prepare and post job ads on and Bayt
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and tests
  • Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, recruitment platforms and, social media etc...
  • Schedule interviews with HR and the hiring managers.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants?relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
