Job DescriptionGreet and assist gym members, guests, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer serviceManage front-desk operations for a health and fitness facility, including calls, inquiries, bookings, and member assistanceHandle membership registrations, renewals, class scheduling, and fitness program inquiriesMaintain the reception area, waiting area, and overall front-desk environment in a clean, organized, and welcoming mannerCoordinate with trainers, coaches, and management to ensure smooth daily gym operationsProvide information regarding gym facilities, personal training sessions, group classes, and wellness programsProcess payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of memberships and appointmentsPromote memberships, fitness packages, wellness programs, and ongoing offers to members and visitorsSupport administrative and scheduling tasks related to gym and fitness operationsEnsure members follow facility rules, safety procedures, and gym policiesAssist in creating a positive, energetic, and professional fitness environment for all membersSkillsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWell-groomed, confident, and professional demeanourStrong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitudeBasic computer proficiency and ability to manage front-desk administrative tasksStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced gym and health & fitness environmentGood coordination and teamwork skills with trainers and managementPrior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or gym/health club receptionist preferredAbility to handle member inquiries, bookings, and scheduling professionallyFluent English communication required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
