Location: KuwaitExperience: 5+ Years Relevant ExperienceJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and contractual matters for our Kuwait Maintenance Project.Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil and gas or large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and budgeting.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets.Manage contractual and financial aspects of project procurement.Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.Prepare valuation reports and variation assessments.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
