Job Description

  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
  • Collaborate with suitable vendors and contractors for smooth advancement of a project.
  • Allow required services of contractors and other personnel after an in-depth evaluation of all necessary aspects.
  • Include all the crucial aspects like the number of different materials, expected costs, overall budget, etc., for proper planning.
  • Calculate Bill of Quantities.
  • Prepare Tender documents for bid submissions.
