Job Description

Key Accountabilities:-

  • Check each repair order and ensure each of the customer requirement/complaint is attended to
  • Sign off the job only after all the customer requirements/concerns are met/resolved and the root cause is addressed
  • Bring the defects to technician?s attention and ensure they are rectified before releasing the vehicle
  • Give appropriate feedback to Team Leaders
  • Perform road test of the vehicle to ensure symptoms reported by customer are not present
  • Find and report all additional jobs while quality checking customer vehicles
  • Return incomplete jobs to the Team Leader, and not come under any pressure to sign poor quality job under any circumstances
Salary Range: 400-452KWD
