Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process efficiency within our organization. As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations.Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control processes for automotive manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular inspections of automotive components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and oversee testing procedures to validate product performance and reliability.
  • Investigate and analyze defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
  • Identify root causes and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track quality metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and reduce defects.
  • Work closely with workshop teams to address and prevent quality issues.
  • Provide training to technicians and quality control staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about automotive industry regulations and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations.
