Job Description

As a Quality Assurance professional in the Food and Beverage industry in Kuwait, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role will involve conducting inspections, implementing quality control measures, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting audits and providing training to employees to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality control measures for all food and beverage products.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  3. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  5. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  6. Provide training to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  7. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance in the Food and Beverage industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  3. Experience with food safety management systems and industry regulations.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  9. Certification in Quality Assurance or Food Safety is a plus.
