Carry out Health and Safety Inspection of each location.
Organize Health and Safety Training
Monitor Health and Safety statistics
Ensure safe work environment for all staffs
Conduct Tool box talks
Carry out hygiene inspection of kitchen and surroundings
Prepare inspections reports and ensure the effective execution of action plans
Preparing training plan and organize safety training
Development and maintenance of training matrix
Ensure ISO 22000 Food Safety System, Maintain all related documents and records.
