QC SupervisorJob Location : KuwaitJob Responsibilities :•Liaise with the Shop Foreman, supervisor and/or workers of the respective production areas for all Quality matters.•Clarify drawings / details / revisions etc., from Engineering Departments when needed.•Follow-up with Ware house, Shipping & Production Department for closing of NCR’s.•Ensure that all the employees (Direct & Indirect) understand the above mentioned overall departmental objectives and work productively.•Help to initiate disciplinary action (if any) to ensure workplace safety, good employee conduct etc.•Daily reporting to QC Manager on all inspection activities•Ensure that all the employees (Direct & Indirect) understand the above mentioned overall departmental objectives and work productively.•Help to initiate disciplinary action (if any) to ensure workplace safety, good employee conduct etc.•Preparation of inspection documents on special jobs as required.•Coordination with customer technical representative (TPI) & understand their minimum requirements.
