-To be an integral part of Project Quality team, to establish Project Quality Management Systems in line with Contractual and Organizational quality requirements.-To monitor the implementation of established document control framework to manage documents, records, forms, and work instructions in line with standards and best practices. .-To manage all the QA/QC related works for the KOC building project.-u To implement and maintain the Quality Management System in the project and to ensure that the organizations Quality Policy is understood and implemented.-To report Project Manager (administratively) on day-to day activities with the status of ongoing inspections, site observations / issues / deviations / non-conformances, and client complaint reports etc.,-To report Head ? QA/QC regarding the implementation of Project Quality Plan and the quality statistics through weekly and monthly quality report for the QA/QC activities performing at site.-To monitor the implementation document control system, as per the Organization?s & Project document control procedure(s). u To carry out quality control inspections at site as per the approved inspection and test plan and as needed.-To ensure the construction works are being carried out as per the as per approved shop drawing, project specification, method Statement.- To carry out Site Surveillance inspections as per the project requirements and to issue non-conformance / site observation reports for the deviations / non-conformities identified.-To follow-up / co-ordinate with project engineer to take correction and corrective actions for the non-conformance reports issued.- To perform incoming material inspections for the materials / equipment delivered at site as per the approved material submittals, project specification and/ or approved shop drawings.-To Co-ordinate with the Company?s procurement department to the issue non-performance reports (NPR) to vendor(s) / supplier (s) for the non-conforming materials delivered.-To monitor the sub-contractor?s activities and performance, and to issue non-conformance report for the deviations identified. u To submit inspection requests to the client / consultant for necessary approval for the completed works.-To review material / technical submittals and to ensure compliance with project specifications.-Liaise with the Material Engineer for submission of material submittals to Client / Consultant for review and approval.-To compile QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
