Job Description

Responsibilities & Job Desc:

  • Responsible to forecast quantity to order by evaluating the stock level and demand history.
  • Conduct pricing comparison versus competitors.
  • Receive supplier offers and assesses vendors prices to determine targeted buying costs.
  • Improve relationship with suppliers.
  • Place and release purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Report to Purchasing Supervisor, the slow-moving items and items close to expiry items.
  • Implement standard operating procedures
