We are looking for a Purchasing Officer to join our team, who will carry out all tasks allocated by the Purchasing Manager, which may include:

Conducting research on potential vendors and suppliers, and updating records,
Buy products that are essential for our company?s day-to-day operations,
Review prices and ensure optimal stock levels,
Able to negotiate pricing and transport costs,
Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery,
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database,
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices,
Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses,
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
