- Responsible for Identifying new Properties (Buildings /Apartments and Offices)- Management of the Property Maintenance (Routine & Emergency)- Obtain pricing and data from the local market based on requirements from clients- Responsible for check in and check out of the clients for the apartment.- Manage records of all the apartments after tenant check in and check out.- Manage Master database for all assets- Negotiate Lease rental rates with Property Owners and Clients- Coordination of Apartment contracts and providing legal notices to the property manager for new leases and termination of apartments.- Responsible for disbursement of payments to Property Owner/Manager- Business Development for Housing Services to potential clients (Incentives provided)
