To review the project plans, project scope and adjust required changes in it when needed
Study various documents related to the project to help suggest techniques to improve the working and functionality of IT
Responsible for project scope, schedule, and cost control
Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
Ensure successful and timely installations
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
