Our operations extend beyond electrical contracting, encompassing steel fabrication, structures, stainless steel handrails, fire doors, a light fittings showroom, a travel agency, and a livestock farm in Kuwait.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closure.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Oversee project team members and delegate tasks effectively to ensure project objectives are achieved.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards.Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members to foster a collaborative and high- performing team environment.
